Practice to unveil.

Waking up takes practice, literally.

Whether through yoga, sadhana of cold showers, lighting incense and water the plants, or greeting the city from a concrete roof top, first thing in the morning is a good way to start.

These are the occasions when I listen and feel what’s going on in my body, what is my mood, what I need to eat, and what is the attitude I may adopt so I step into the new day with the spirit of discovery.

And then let the wisdom within to unveil yet another layer of what is to be me.
